One bedroom available in a four bedroom house.. There is three other students, they will be leaving may 1st, however lease ends July 1st so you would have the place to yourself from may-july...

The lease would be for aPRIL 1st-July 1st

LARGE BEDROOM, hardwood floors, private bathroom (without shower) and two large closets.
It is located on 15-1 Silverwood drive.

RENT IS 175 A MONTH!!! Eastlink is 25 each, and power is split four ways...
