There are two furnished rooms available in a seven bedroom house located on Fairview St., a 5 minute walk to campus. It is a large house with two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen, and big backyard. There is a coin operated washer and dryer and all utiliies are included in the rent, there is also wireless internet. Rent is $425 a month. The lease is 8 months, from September to the end of April, unless someone wants it longer then that can be done too.
