Just wondering if anyone knows about these 'save face' signs? For those who haven't seen them, theres a (grainy b&w) pic of an xring with tape (?) over the face of the ring? Why am I supposed to cover up a ring I worked my ass off for the last 4 years to get? |

Does it say why one would be inclined to do this? |

" I know this might be difficult for some people to do, having just received their ring, but the outcome of these talks will most definitely be felt deep in the heart of the Xavierian community. Could that group be any more douchey? I got to the part where one of the admins compared himself to Mandela before I decided that this was one of the more foolish things I've seen lately. Also why would a group that seems to want a strike to be avoided openly support the AUT? If the goal is just for everyone to get back to the negotiating table, supporting one side is ass backwards. |

One of these campaigns where someone asks you to take off your ring, or cover it, or whatever happen at least once every year or two.... and never works. No one wants to do anything to their ring except wear it. Leave the ring be people... cut up some ribbon and have people wear it like everyone else! _________________ Growing old is mandatory; growing up is optional. |
